Rustic charm at Moore and Moore

When you’ve had a child and gone through a couple of years of sleepless nights, dirty nappies and several hundred meltdowns (from child and parents) and still want to get married, then you know it’s the real deal.

For Tahlia and Matt it couldn’t be more real with their little boy Lachlan in his bow tie and bowler hat being very much part of their day.

Everything changes when you have a child and so there’s no point trying to keep up with tradition when it comes to planning your wedding. So Tahlia and Matt had photos before their ceremony so they could spend every minute with their guests afterwards. And while Tahlia and Matt said their vows in the courtyard of the historic Moore and Moore Art Gallery in Fremantle, Lachlan delighted everyone as he zoomed up and down the aisle with his little cousin - because that’s just how life is with a kid. So no point in pretending otherwise.

A sit down meal in the main gallery followed afterwards, with great food, speeches, drinks and dancing. The real deal of Tahlia and Matt was a dream come true.
