I love seeing grandparents at weddings. I often wonder how they find the whole event different to their own wedding and weddings they went to in their day - more wild dancing, loud music, more wine and shorter skirts most likely. But mostly they seem to be loving every minute, watching their grandchildren grown up as the life cycle moves on, they must marvel at their own creations. For if it wasn't for them, there would be no wedding to go to. I loved the way Nicole's nan relished this day, from Nicole's preparations with her bridesmaids, to the beautiful ceremony at St Columbus Church in South Perth, where Nicole wed her high school sweetheart Corey, and ended with some no-holding-back moves on the dance floor at Matilda Bay. It was truly a day to marvel about.
