Driving through the Swan Valley always reminds me of rural Italy with its stretches of vineyards and haphazard veggies stalls on the side of the road. It has all the charm of the countryside - without the chore of a long drive - making it a perfect setting for a wedding. Jack and Nicole tied the knot in the picture-perfect English postcard church, St Marys, which is at the end of a long dusty road, surrounded by lush green paddocks and frolicking ponies. The couple celebrated afterwards with friends and family at Sandalford Winery, where the floral display from Zinnia Floral Designs almost stole the show, with the deepest red roses and peonies cascading from chandeliers, sprouting decadently from vases on tables and quaintly tucked into little jugs and vases so that no corner was left untouched in the cellar reception room and their winter retreat marquee. But at the end of the day, nothing was going to outshine the kind of love that Nicole and Jack have. Nothing at all.
